Arch bricks, enough build a real arch. Bill found enough arch bricks so that a real arch could be built. This was after the fire was going, so there was no opportunity to use an actual arch as part of the oven. The bricks represent multiple different angles, so making a regular arch with them is a bit problematic. Matching the arch geometry to the current oven geometry will also be tricky, but a welcome challenge.
