Baking classes for 2014 now listed in the schedule.
I teach five different formats of classes. The formats are constrained by each location’s available classroom hours and facilities.
Most co-op classes are demonstration plus tasting classes.
Starting in the fall of 2011, there may be some limited hands-on classes at some of the co-ops.
No other format for these classes is possible for various reasons.
Advice for the Loaf-Lorn is the only Discussion and Demonstration class.
The following classes are Demo + Tasting only.
These classes require too much in the way of additional equipment to be able to execute a class for multiple students.
Build and Bake in a Portable Brick Oven is the only Day long class.
These are classes with modest equipment requirements that can be taught in multiple formats, depending on facilities and available time.
